Where Experience and Whole-Person Care Come Together

With over 20 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board-Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social Work (BCD), a distinction reflecting advanced clinical expertise, I remain deeply curious about the human story—how we think, cope, and grow through life’s challenges.

My work is grounded in a simple but meaningful goal: helping you understand how your thoughts, patterns, and life experiences shape your overall well-being—both emotionally and  physically.

What sets my practice apart is a truly integrative approach to care. In addition to my clinical training, I hold a master’s degree in clinical nutrition and a university-based certification in health psychology. This allows us to look beyond surface-level symptoms and explore the connection between your emotional health and physical vitality—so that change feels both practical and lasting.

Areas of Focus
Therapy is never one-size-fits-all. I prioritize staying current with emerging research and
advanced training so our work together reflects both seasoned clinical judgment and the most
effective evidence-based approaches.
I work with clients across four core areas:

  • Health Psychology & Caregiving Support

  • Life Transitions & Personal Growth

  • Healing Relationships & Recovery

  • Emotional Resilience & Mental Health

A Multistate Practice
To support continuity of care in an increasingly mobile world, I am licensed across multiple states. Whether you are traveling, attending school, or relocating, we can often continue our work together without interruption.

I am licensed in/able to provide services in:
New Jersey (LCSW) | New York (LCSW-R) | Pennsylvania (LCSW) | Arizona (LCSW) |California (LCSW) | Michigan (LMSW) | Florida (TLHT LCSW)*

Beyond the Office
Outside of my work, I value the same balance I encourage in my clients. You’ll often find me spending time outdoors, reading, or traveling—continually exploring the connection between lifestyle, health, and well-being.

These moments of personal renewal keep me grounded and present in the work I do.
